Any box with dings, dents, creases, sharpie marks, crushed corners, rips, any damage to the label area is considered damaged. If a box has an Rx label placed over the original label ( Omnipod 5 box), it is considered damaged, too, because the label cannot be removed from that area without damaging the original label. Feel free to ask us directly if you have damaged boxes. We can still buy them.
